教育部新世纪优秀人才,山东省自然科学杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事系统生物医学研究。作为学术骨干和课题负责人参与了我国蛋白质组学领域和系统生物学领域的多个973项目。利用基于新一代测序和生物质谱为基础的转录组和蛋白组学技术,及功能研究技术研究疾病的发病机制。重点关注动脉粥样硬化、高血压和Graves病等心血管及代谢性疾病蛋白质和RNA水平的系统变化特征,以及肠道菌群在多个分子水平的异常,并对发现的有价值线索利进行功能研究。迄今已经主持973项目子课题1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,重大研究计划培育项目1项,新世纪优秀人才项目1项等多项科研项目。以(并列)第一或通讯作者在J Exp Med、Circ Res、Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A、Diabetes、Aging Cell、Stroke和J Clin Endocrinol Metab等著名杂志发表论文30余篇,已被包括The New England Journal of Medicine,Science和Nature Medicine在内的著名杂志累计引用1000余次。获2019年山东省科技进步二等奖,2015年山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖三等奖和山东医学科技奖二等奖。
